We are looking for 1 Customer Service Officer who will be based at Hinckley cash processing centre, in Leicestershire.

 

The Customer Services Officer will act as the initial point of contact for customers that may wish to place a currency order and customers that have questions or enquires about the organisation's products or services. The Customer Service Officer will be responsible for, trace & tracking of orders, Contacting customers, logging & reporting back data that has been collated, resolving queries promptly and efficiently providing as much assistance as possible. Being the voice of the company, your duty will be to remain professional at all times, helping to promote an excellent level of service to the customer.

The successful candidate will have an excellent telephone manner coupled with exceptional Customer service skills with the ability to work as part of a team.
