Firoz Tejani
Chief Executive Officer

Firoz Tejani is Chief Executive of the Group and one of the founding family shareholders who established the business in 1973. Originally the business was dedicated to the operation of foreign exchange concessions on London's main high streets and railway stations. It is now one of the largest retail currency exchange operators in the world and also offers a comprehensive range of financial services following the acquisition of R Raphael & Sons, a private bank founded in 1787 and regulated in the UK by the FSA.

Peter Ibbetson
Chairman

Peter Ibbetson's wealth of experience from a range of businesses but particularly in banking, brings a sharp strategic focus to our Group. He joined the business in 2005 following a successful career with the RBS Group at Managing Director level. Amongst his other directorships he is Chairman of Coutts & Co for East Anglia.

Koko Sarkari
Director Global Operations

Koko Sarkari is a main Board Executive Director and looks after our global operations. He has been with the Group for 15 years and formerly developed and ran our highly successful North American operation. His experience ensures that our operations are managed with the highest levels of best practice.

Trevor Johnson
Non-Executive Director

Trevor Johnson is a non-Executive Director with main Board responsibility for Audit and Compliance. He has been with us for many years after a succesful career with Cooperative Bank.

Paul Glossop
Director Retail Development

Paul Glossop has enjoyed a successful career spanning several retail sectors and now masterminds development and execution of our expansion strategies for our retail outlets across the United Kingdom, Europe and the Middle East.

Mike Smith
Director Marketing and Strategy

Mike Smith joined the company in November 2005 having enjoyed success with NatWest and Post Office Financial Services. Mike focuses on delivering our long term goals as well as developing our Financial Services and Cards businesses, improving our business and consumer propositions and taking these to market.

Gillian Pratt
Director Human Resources

Gillian Pratt is accountable for the effective management of our day to day Human Resource requirements for over 1200 staff worldwide and is also responsible for the development and implementation of our global Human Resource strategy which includes retention of our Investors in People status in the United Kingdom.

Kreeson Thathiah
Group Financial Controller

Kreeson Thathiah is our Group Financial Controller. He is responsible for ensuring that all the Group companies maintain an accurate accounting function within the bounds of standard accounting practice. He drives our global reporting and information function as well as managing the Group's financial plans.
