Mobile phone top-ups

Since the launch of Prepay mobile phones, ICE has understood the importance of helping you to be in touch with your loved ones, and has therefore provided a Top-up service through our UK network of Bureaux de Change.

At present, travellers have to make sure their phones are topped up with credit before leaving the UK or phone their network provider from abroad to pay by credit or debit card. This is something that some people are reluctant to do and others can't.

That's why ICE considers this service an essential addition to our product portfolio and is proud to be able to offer you a convenient way to reload your phone when leaving and returning to the UK.

As our next challenge, ICE is looking at the possibility of providing E-Top-up for travellers from other countries that currently are not able to Top-up in the UK. We are looking forward to the availability of this service for a number of European mobile networks, with other international networks coming on board soon afterwards.
