ATMs

Our state of the art ATM network spans airports, rail and coach stations and busy tourist areas and shopping malls. They are linked directly to an in-house Helpdesk that allows us to react quickly and efficiently and resolve any mechanical problems.
All our ATMs use ink-stained technology to provide maximum security, even in high risk environments.
Our ATM processing system is based on market-leading Postilion software, which has over 250 successful
implementations worldwide.
This software is being run on our own dedicated host server by
Transaction Network Services (TNS), a market leader in transaction switching. All of our ATMs are
from the NCR Personas range, are fully EMV compliant and operate on a windows-based platform.
Communications are via ADSL, which allows very fast transaction processing. In the unlikely event
of an ADSL failure, we are able to utilise a GPRS back-up with a seamless switch. All ICE/Raphaels
Bank ATMs are monitored 24 hours a day using the Gasper system. Any fault is reported and actioned
immediately. In many instances, we are able to perform a remote reset to bring the machine back
into service almost instantaneously.
Contracting our ATM services to reputable and experienced suppliers and using flexible, configurable
software based on our own specific requirements has allowed ICE to meet the
demands of customers seeking an efficient self-service option for their cash requirements.
