Raphaels Bank, a sister company of ICE, is an issuing and acquiring member of both Visa and MasterCard and we use these memberships to work with partners that are not card scheme members to bring new PrePaid card propositions to the market-place.

We are working with a number of household names to issue pre-paid cards ranging through travel, payroll, money transfer, general payments (unbanked / youth market), gift cards, insurance claim disbursement and other payment cards.

Our regulatory expertise and settlement capabilities combined with our card scheme memberships give us a unique market positioning in the UK and we are actively developing new relationships with a range of UK, USA, European and other overseas partners.

Raphaels Bank has active relationships with a number of processors including TSYS, First Data, Symmetrix and StoreFinancial. We also have agreements to work with most of the other key processors in the UK market and we work with a variety of Programme Managers including Altair and First PrePaid. We maintain relationships with a range of card manufacturers allowing us to build flexible solutions in the pre-paid market.
