Paying by credit or debit card

You can pay for your order using credit or debit cards issued in the United Kingdom, namely Maestro, Visa or MasterCard. The credit or debit card needs to be your own and the billing address of your card need to match the delivery address of your order. Unfortunately we are not able to accept business/corporate cards as payment.

Paying by bank transfer (Internet/Telephone Banking/CHAPS/BACS/Faster Payments)

Once you have completed your order online, select payment by Bank Transfer and our bank details will be presented on the order acknowledgement page and email.

Next day delivery may not apply for payment made by bank transfers. We cannot send out an order until we receive cleared funds. Once you have completed your order you will need to send funds using the following bank details and quote your Surname and Order Number.

Faster Payments is a free service offered by most banks now and usually allows us to see your payment quicker than other methods. We recommend this service. Check here to see if your bank allows Faster Payments http://www.apacs.org.uk.

If your bank is offering the Faster Payments service, we will receive your payment within 2 hours. If payment is received by 3.30pm, your order will be despatched the same day.

If your bank is not offering Faster Payments service, we will receive your payment within 2 to 3 working days, and we will despatch your order on the same day if we receive your payment by 3.30pm (if received later, your order will be despatched the following day). In this case, you can expect delivery within 5 to 6 working days. Due to exchange rate fluctuations, payment must be received within 4 working days, or the order may be subject to cancellation.
