Our Press Office, HSL, is the first point of contact for any media enquiries to discuss the company's activities, products, services and policies. All ICE staff and offices follow guidance to contact the ICE Press Office before talking to the media. Since the person initially contacted may not be the person who can best discuss the topic of interest, HSL will endeavour to provide all the information required in response to a media enquiry and, where appropriate, ensure that the most expert ICE spokesperson is provided for interview or briefing.
