Koko Sarkari - Director, Global Operations

Koko Sarkari joined the Group in early 1993, as a foreign exchange teller at our Los Angeles Airport facility. Using his educational background in business, his multilingual aptitude and his valuable customer service experience, he quickly proved his abilities by earning the distinction of becoming the company's most successful sales agent. In a very short period of time, he learned all the intricacies
of the business and assumed a variety of responsibilities, subsequently being promoted to Branch Supervisor and thereafter to the position of Operations Manager since 1997, when Lenlyn was awarded the privilege of being the sole foreign exchange concessionaire at LAX.

His effort and consistent performance was soon rewarded when he was offered the position of Vice President-Operations, West Coast. In this role, he once again proved his mettle by developing and strengthening strategic alliances with various service providers, enhancing both product portfolio and profitability.

During his ten year tenure, he has not only demonstrated his ability to take up challenges and perform above and beyond expectations, but also to recruit, train and motivate a team of professional employees to the highest standards. He directly reflects the group's commitment to superior service and enhanced operational efficiency with particular emphasis on Customer Care.

Koko holds a Master's Degree in Business Administration from Bombay University, he is a licensed Insurance Agent and Notary Public.

Peter Ibbetson - Executive Director

Peter Ibbetson is a main Board Executive Director. His wealth of experience from a range of businesses but particularly in banking, brings a sharp strategic focus to our Group. He joined the business in 2005 following a successful career with the RBS Group at Managing Director level. Amongst his other directorships he is Chairman of Coutts & Co for East Anglia.

Mike Smith - Group Director of Marketing & Strategy

Mike joined the Lenlyn Group of companies including Raphaels Bank, ICE (International Currency Exchange), Southern Finance as Group Director of Marketing and Strategy in November 2005. He has a particular focus on developing Raphaels Bank's Prepaid BIN Sponsorship activity and ATMs as well as ICE's Direct consumer products.

Previously Mike was Head of Marketing in the Post Office's Financial Services joint venture with Bank of Ireland, from its launch, moving there from Head of Banking at the Post Office where he helped launch the Universal Banking project.

Mike held several senior positions at NatWest spanning a successful 18 year history, including Head of Personal Customer Marketing for the Retail Bank and Head of Sales in Cards Commercial Development.

Paul Glossop - Director, Retail Development

Paul Glossop has enjoyed a successful career spanning several retail sectors and now masterminds development and execution of our expansion strategies for our retail outlets.
