Koko Sarkari - Director, Global Operations
Koko Sarkari joined the Group in early 1993, as a foreign exchange teller at our Los Angeles
Airport facility. Using his educational background in business, his multilingual aptitude and his valuable
customer service experience, he quickly proved his abilities by earning the distinction of becoming
the company's most successful sales agent. In a very short period of time, he learned all the intricacies
of the business and assumed a variety of responsibilities, subsequently being promoted to Branch
Supervisor and thereafter to the position of Operations Manager since 1997, when Lenlyn was
awarded the privilege of being the sole foreign exchange concessionaire at LAX. His effort and consistent performance was soon rewarded when he was offered the position of Vice
President-Operations, West Coast. In this role, he once again proved his mettle by developing and
strengthening strategic alliances with various service providers, enhancing both product portfolio
and profitability.
During his ten year tenure, he has not only demonstrated his ability to take up challenges and perform
above and beyond expectations, but also to recruit, train and motivate a team of professional
employees to the highest standards. He directly reflects the Group's commitment to superior service
and enhanced operational efficiency with particular emphasis on Customer Care.
Koko holds a Master's Degree in Business Administration from Bombay University, he is a licensed
Insurance Agent and Notary Public.
