Coronavirus (COVID-19) Updates

To help prevent spread of the Coronavirus and to protect the wellbeing of our customers and staff some of our services are unavailable for the time being.

Our branches remain closed as we closely follow government guidance.

For now, our Online Services that you can complete online (home delivery, travel card, money transfer) are fully operational, but our "in person" services (branches) are still closed.

We have additional health and safety measures in place to protect our team who operate our Online Services. Safety is our priority, so your delivery might take longer. 

We use Royal Mail for delivery - like many delivery companies, they're using "contactless" delivery methods - this also includes Home Delivery of cash, even under the Special Delivery service we always use.

Home Delivery - Our home delivery service is fully available.

Please be aware that Royal Mail have changed their 9am guarantee to 12pm and also their 1pm guarantee to 9pm. This is a national change that affects the Royal Mail network.

Money Transfer - Our online money transfer service is fully available

Travel Money Card - Our travel money card is not affected. You can buy a new card and top-up any existing cards.

Branches - All ICE stores across the UK are temporarily closed until further notice. 

Click & collect - We have suspended our travel money click & collect service across all stores.
