If you’re using standard delivery (rather than our next working day delivery or Saturday delivery options), your order typically takes between 1–3 working days.

What exchange rate will I get?
You will receive the preferential rate on the day of collection and not the day of printing the voucher, as this is an indicative rate only. The preferential rate is updated daily Monday-Friday before 10.30am
However, if you pick up within 24 hours, the exchange rate will not vary dramatically from those seen online, as rates will only change in line with the financial exchange markets.
Will I need proof of identity to collect my currency?
Yes, you must provide one of the following forms of ID when you arrive at the ICE branch:
Are there any commission or card charges?
Nope. We don’t charge commission fees or a fee to pay by debit card, but your card issuer can sometimes charge you something called a ‘Cash Advance Fee’.

Is it only Euros and US Dollars that I can get discounted rates on?
At present, we offer preferential rates for Euro and US Dollar currency banknotes only at the majority of our stores.
How can I pay?
You can pay for your click and collect order in sterling cash or with Visa® and MasterCard® debit cards.
We do not accept credit cards.
