We also have other layers of security happening in the background, but we don’t disclose every procedure for obvious reasons.

  • For maximum convenience, our home delivery service gives you an excellent rate on over available 50 currencies that can be delivered directly to your door with the option of fully-insured next-day delivery.
  • Alternatively, you can order your currency online with our click & collect service and benefit from excellent rates, 0% commission, and the convenience of picking up your cash wherever and whenever suits you (from over 30 airports, train stations and high streets across the UK)
  • For those who prefer to travel cash-free, the Mastercard ICE Clear card is a great way to lock in an excellent exchange rate and avoid paying hidden fees. With a simple-to-use mobile app, the card allows you to easily top up, switch between currencies and track your spending, and consistently ranks among the cheapest prepaid cards on the market.

Each option has its benefits. To be prepared for anything, we’d recommend a combination of Clear card and either home delivery or click & collect, so you can have the option of paying with cash and card when you’re abroad.

Are your rates in your branches the same as your online rates?

No. The rates we offer online are exclusive to home delivery and click & collect, and are one of the benefits of planning ahead.

The reason we charge different prices online and in-branch is because of the high operating costs of running a store in an airport or high street location (we have to pay rent, pay our staff, etc.). It’s much more cost-effective to operate online, which is why you’ll find our best rates on our website.

You can still get a great rate with the convenience of picking up your cash in-store with our click & collect service. 

Do you offer a currency buy-back service?

Yes! If you have purchased currency from ICE, we will buy back your leftover notes at excellent rates, leaving you with more cash in your pocket (and a tidier desk drawer).

We will buy back up to GBP300 worth of currency per order, as per our terms and conditions.

What is your Price Match Guarantee?

If you find a better deal on another UK website, we’ll beat it when you order over £1000. Just give us a ring and we promise to offer you a better price. Our opening hours are 9am to 5.30pm, Monday to Friday, and 10am to 1pm on a Saturday. We are closed Sunday and Bank Holidays.
