What is click & collect?

Our click & collect service enables you to collect our online discount in a store of your choice. Whether that’s a high street branch or the airport, you’ll save money on our in-branch foreign currency rates and walk away with more to spend on your trip. We have over 30 locations nationwide – so there is always somewhere convenient to get great rates on currency. Simply download a voucher for your chosen branch and present it in-store (either printed or on your phone). Vouchers are ready to use immediately and you don’t need to pay until you collect.

What exchange rate will I get/will it be the rate I see online?

You will receive the preferential exchange rate on the day of collection and not the day of printing the voucher, as this is an indicative rate only. The preferential rate is updated daily Monday-Friday before 10.30am. However – if you pick up within 24 hours – the exchange rate will not vary dramatically from those seen online, as rates will only change in line with the financial exchange markets.

What currencies can I get discounted rates on?

You can get discounted rates on Euros and US Dollars at all of our Click & Collect locations. Some stores offer other currencies too – please check on the webpage of your chosen branch for the full list of discounted currencies on offer.

Can you guarantee that you will have the currency I need in stock?

We always have a good amount of currency in stock, but if you are exchanging a large amount of money we recommend calling your chosen store in advance to check.

Are there any commission fees or card charges?

Nope. We don’t charge commission fees or a fee to pay by debit card, but your card issuer can sometimes charge you something called ‘Cash Advance Fee’.

What do I need to bring to collect my currency?

You’ll need to bring a form of ID with you when you pick up your cash. We accept:

  • Full passport and signature
  • Current UK photo card driving license
  • Current EU members state ID with photo
  • Building industry sub-contractors registration card issued by Inland Revenue

Please note, proof of address doesn’t count as ID.

For transactions of £8,000 and over, please ring the branch.

Do I need to print my voucher?

No. It can be printed or on your phone/tablet.

Can someone collect on my behalf?

Yes, someone else can collect your currency but they must have the voucher to get the discounted rate.

Does the payment card have to belong to the person collecting the order?

Yes, the name on the card must match the person collecting the order. This is to reduce the risk of fraud.

I’ve lost my voucher. What do I do?

Please check the junk mail folder within your email account, as occasionally confirmation emails can end up here.

Otherwise, simply go back to the Click & Collect page and download a new voucher.

How can I pay?

You can pay using cash or debit card. We don’t accept credit cards.

Can I pay online before I collect my currency?

No, it’s not possible to pay online and collect in store at the moment but we’re working on it!
